Most projects are fixed price after scoping. Day rates are for when you need a senior in the room: creative direction, ongoing advisory, sprint support, or open-ended work where the scope is genuinely fluid.

Tell us anyway. We'd rather scope a smaller, sharper piece that actually pays back than turn a real conversation away. If we're not the right fit, we'll point you somewhere that is.

What is actually included in a project price?

Scoping, senior creative direction, production, revisions inside the agreed scope, and delivery in the formats you need. No surprise line items. If something changes mid-project, you'll see the cost before we touch it.

How quickly can you start?

Most briefs are scoped within 24 to 48 hours. Production usually kicks off within one to two weeks, sometimes sooner if your deadline is tight and the brief is clear.

Do you work fixed price or day rate?

Both. Projects with a clear outcome are fixed price after scoping, so you know the number before you commit. Day rates are for ongoing advisory work, creative direction, or sprints where the scope is genuinely open.

What happens if the scope changes mid-project?

We flag it, price it, and you decide. No silent overruns. In practice, tight scoping up front means change requests are rare and small.

Can we start small and grow from there?

Yes, and a lot of clients do. One animation, one workshop, one prototype. If it lands, we scale from there. No retainer pressure, no upsell.
