Working in partnership with Fourmative we updated and delivered a bespoke version of the Instant Feedback system for Audi.


Using the same Instant Feedback technology we tailored the design and functionality to the exact needs of Audi Centres giving them a system to quickly and easily capture customer feedback for their service departments.


Working through a web browser and as an App the system enables customers to give their feedback on their customer service experience through an easy to use 5 star rating interface. The results are relayed in real time to a browser application that reports the updates live to a web browser or TV monitor.


The system allows for the questions to be set across all the Audi Centres as well as targets to be set for each question. There are also extensive reporting options to analyse how the Centres are performing against their targets as well as sending ‘hot alert’ texts and emails in the event of performance falling below the required standard.
