CRM System | Atlantic Online Media | Spring 2015

We worked with the team at Atlantic Online Media to design and build a bespoke Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) to help streamline and simplify their workflow.

We built a tailor made system that enables the Atlantic Online Media team to capture and manage customer data, including adding notes and assigning tasks related to each one.  It also allowed order processing and tracking and generates reminders for follow ups and tracks individual customer contact history.

The system also enables monthly sales targets to be set for the whole sales team as well as individuals. These targets are visible to the users and gives them daily feedback on their progress against these targets.

We also build in functionality that enables reporting on the sales targets, order history and team performance
