We were asked by Essex County Council to create a short animation to introduce the Essex Data Programme on behalf of the Essex Partnership.

We combined the animated assets, sound effects and voice over together as one package to present the key messages that our client wanted to get across. This is a successful example of how a short animation can deliver!
